A round-up of the latest Met League matches involving Essex Open clubs

Essex Open A claimed club bragging rights with a 55-45 win over Essex Open B in Met League Division One.

The victory for the A team means they remain on course to defend their title this term, while the B side are in sixth.

In Division Four, Essex Open C are second after suffering a disappointing 32-25 defeat to Chigwell Ladies.

The D team, who compete in the same division as their C counterparts, were also thwarted as they lost 47-43 to Marshalls Red.

It was another all-Essex Open clash in Division Eight as the F team beat the E squad 35-33.

Essex Open F remain top of the table and still boast an unbeaten record this term, with Essex Open E nine points back in second place.

There were no fixtures for Essex Open G or Essex Open H, who ply their trades in Division 10 and Division 11 respectively.

It certainly was a mixed bag of results for Essex Open teams in the Met League.
