Redbridge boss Ricky Eaton is disappointed with his side’s 1-0 loss to Enfield at Harlow Stadium last night.

The Motormen suffered their second consecutive defeat in the Essex Senior League and Eaton admits it’s frustrating to lose another.

“It’s really frustrating,” he said.

“We dominated the game for the first 45 minutes, we had numerous chances, which we should have scored.

“We had a goal disallowed, when no players interfered.

“Enfield had two good chances in the first half and we created about five, we also hit the post in the last five minutes.”

The manager believes they need to become more clinical as they shouldn’t be losing games they dominate.

“We should not be losing, no disrespect to Enfield, but we were the better team and controlled the game.

“They got the goal that won it though and that’s what counts at the end of the day.”

Redbridge face Grays Athletic in the FA Cup on Saturday.
