Redbridge draw at Grays Athletic and Ilford suffer home defeat against Harlow Town.

REDBRIDGE doubled their points total for the season in Division One North with a 2-2 draw at Grays Athletic last night.

The hosts took the lead through Simon Thomas after only eight minutes, but Matt Gillingham (pictured) equalised for the Motormen before half-time.

Kris Taylor’s men looked on course to gain their first Ryman One North league win of the season when recent Korean signing Hyun-Jin Lee put them ahead after 70 minutes.

However, they had to settle for the draw when Alex Osborn levelled the scores with six minutes remaining.

Also in Ryman Division One North action, Ilford suffered a 2-0 defeat at home to Harlow Town.

Clark Akers broke the deadlock in the first half before Steve Ferguson sealed the Foxes fate in the second half.
