Ilford managed to hold promotion hopefuls Hullbridge Sports to a 2-2 draw to leave the hosts two points behind league leaders Stansted.

Nathan Scarborough netted after just two minutes to put Sports ahead but Lauric Diakiesse and Yemi Adelani then turned it around for the visitors, only to see Adebola Sotoyinbo level three minutes before the break, and the point sees Ilford in ninth.

The Foxes travel away to Enfield this evening as they look to climb further up the table.

Elsewhere, Redbridge fell to a third consecutive league defeat as they lost 2-1 to high-flying league leaders Stansted.

Connor Hammond put the hosts ahead before Tyrell Miller levelled, but Jordan Palmer netted the winner to give the hosts all three points at Hargrave Park.

The Motormen return to action tomorrow evening as they welcome Stanway Rovers to the Oakside Stadium.
