The latest news from the Ilford Social Centre Darts League
Cruisers were crowned champions of the Ilford Social Centre league after finishing top of the table at the end of the season.
After amassing an impressive total of 147 points, thanks in no small part to their 15 wins from 16 games, Cruisers finished eight clear at the top.
Lainy’s Mob placed second, narrowly edging out Grove Arrows after both teams finished tied on 139 points.
A further 34 points adrift in fourth were Barkingside Royals, who won half of their games this season.
Beehive Arrows were fifth after racking up 101 points this campaign, with Loxford six points back in sixth.
Parks, meanwhile, placed seventh in the final standings with 93 points, 16 clear of Abbots in eighth.
Eastwood, meanwhile, brought up the rear having failed to win any of their 16 league games this term.
In the league’s pairs competition, Cruisers duo Dave Chapman and Nick Hood defeated Lance Adams and Steve Harold of Grove Rebels.
