Oakfield Parkonians maintained their impressive form in Shepherd Neame Essex League Division Two with a comfortable win over Leigh.

The visitors chose to bat first after winning the toss, but lost wickets at regular intervals to find themselves 104-7.

Ravi Teja Dwaraka (3-22), Anujan Thiru (2-43), Selvam Ramasamy, Abdul Razzaq and Aman Ali all had success with the ball for Parks, before Sifth Ali (2-33) nabbed the last two wickets to end the innings on 202.

Parks lost Vikram Handa cheaply in reply, but Dhruv Patel put on 98 with Ubaid Ur Rehman Kiani, hitting a six and 11 fours in his 57 off 53 balls.

Ravi Teja fell cheaply, but Kiani had support from Paran Kalley in an unbroken 54-run stand for the fourth wicket to see the home side to their target inside 33 overs.

Kiani, agonisingly, finished unbeaten on 99 from 99 balls after hitting 10 fours.
