Debutants earn points wins

Gator ABC had three boxers in action on the Finchley Boxing Show at the Haringey Irish Centre last Thursday.

Bobby Newman and Michael Sultana impressed on their respective debuts, with Newman taking on S. Murphy (Finchley) and landing the more precise shots to win on points.

Sultana also looked the part as he went to work early on his debut, landing body shots as he defeated L. Davies Collins (St Albans).

Gator youngster Frank Massingham also caught the eye during a skills bout with Finchley’s A. Elassi.
