The fun didn’t stop for 75 children at Redbridge Jewish Community Centre’s half term day camp last week.

Activities during the week included chocolate and fudge-making, photography and arts and crafts. The event was ran by young leaders who are part of the RJCC’s youth leadership programme.

Adam Nickels, Jewish Care’s senior youth worker at RJCC, Woodford Bridge Road, Redbridge, said the week was fun for all.

He said: “The new flexible style of half term scheme was a big success at RJCC. Children came from different schools and really enjoyed the opportunity to try out a range of activities, learn new skills and enrich their friendships in a caring environment. I want to thank all our fantastic leaders, volunteers and partners who made it such a fun-packed week.”
