A woman had to be cut from her car after a road traffic accident in High Road, Seven Kings.

The woman in her 20s was taken to Queen’s Hospital, Romford, with non-life-threatening injuries after the London Ambulance Service was called at 3.10pm today (Mon).

The police was called at 3.15pm and the fire brigade was alerted at 3.18pm, with the road subsequently cordoned off for about 30 minutes.

The fire brigade had cut the trapped woman free by 4.05pm.

The injured woman’s best friend, who saw the incident, claimed that the driver was pulling out from a parked position when the accident happened.

She said: “My friend was really shocked - I saw the car was going to hit her so I went out running to her.”
