Interventions in foreign conflicts were explored as an ambassador from across the pond visited a school.
US ambassador to the UK Matthew Barzun gave a presentation to about 90 staff and pupils at Seven Kings High School in Ley Street, Seven Kings, and talked about the role of America in world politics.
Ambassador Burzan finished his visit by presenting “exceptional” sixth form students Anisa Lone and Larreb Butt with commemorative US Embassy coins for “embodying the Seven Kings ethos of friendship, excellence and opportunity”.
