UPDATE: Three men bailed after Ilford fight

Three men has been bailed after being arrested in connection with a fight in Ilford Town Centre which left a man in a critical condition.

The injured man was found by police on Sunday night following an altercation in High Road, close to its junction with Hainault Street, at about 9.55pm.

He has had surgery on his arm and stitches to a head wound at Broomfield Hospital, Chelmsford.

He is due to be released from the hospital later today.

The three men arrested on suspicion of grievous bodily harm have been bailed pending further inquiries by police.
