Emergency services were called to a car that had overturned in the Drive, Ilford, in the early hours of Sunday morning.
Fire services had to cut two people out of the vehicle just after 2am and they were both taken to hospital.
βIt was a tricky extraction as the car was upside down and wedged against a garden wall,β said a spokesman for the fire service.
The two men, believed to be in their 20s, were taken as a priority to the Royal London Hospital in Whitechapel.
One was treated for minor injuries while the other was treated for chest pains and facial injuries.
