A Snaresbrook school is reeling with the tragic news of the sudden death of one of its pupils.
Aashi Sinha, 18, who attended Forest School, is believed to have died earlier this week.
Pupils were informed yesterday after the school was told overnight on Tuesday.
A Forest School spokesman said: “We are in close contact with the pupil’s family and we are helping them in any way we can as they deal with this devastating news - our hearts go out to the pupil’s family and friends.”
A two minute silence was held by sixth-formers at the school, in College Place, this morning in Aashi’s memory.
School pupils have taken to social networking site Twitter to pay tribute to their friend.
