Updates on disruption to roads and train services:
Two train services have been cancelled. They are the 7.30am London Liverpool Street to Shenfield and 8.22am Shenfield to London Liverpool Street trains, which pass through Ilford, Seven Kings, Goodmayes, Chadwell Heath Romford, Gidea Park and Harold Wood.
