There is heavy traffic in Woodford Green caused by a water main which burst last night.
Emergency teams are still working to fix the leak in High Road in both directions at Churchfields.
There are temporary traffic lights while the emergency repairs take place.
According to TfL, traffic is queuing northbound in the High Road.
