The Tories have managed to negate the threat of Ukip in Fairlop by winning all three seats.
Brian Lambert got the lion share of the votes with 1613, with Joyce Ryan getting 1547 and Tom Sharpe (1312) winning a seat too.
Ukip had put forward three candidates in the ward, only Bridge ward had the same number of Ukip candidates.
