Students on their summer holiday organised a family fun day to raise money in solidarity with victims of the Gaza conflict.
Former Oaks Park High School pupils Aysha Khalid and Aksa Malik, both 21, hosted the event at the Ford Sports and Social Club on Aldborough Road South on Thursday.
Guests enjoyed a host of activities, with stalls offering food, henna, a bazaar, a kids’ corner, a bouncy castle, a car wash and Palestinian goods.
The proceeds will go towards international aid organisation Human Appeal.
