“Six cars” were involved in a road traffic accident on the A406 just after the Redbridge Flyover this morning.
An ambulance was called at 7.50am and four people were treated at the scene for minor injuries.
A London Ambulance Service spokesman said: “We sent a crew to the accident who treated a 48-year-old woman for neck pain, who was later taken to Whipps Cross Hospital.”
Three others were treated including three males for neck and hand injuries.
The flyover was shut for a short time and re-opened at 9.05am, with tailbacks back to the M11.
