Second Redbridge Youth Debate will hear update on £100,000 grant

The second Redbridge Youth Debate will be held tonight (22) at the town hall, High Road, Ilford.

The Youth Council will have a chance to update senior councillors - Cllr Elaine Norman, Cllr Alan Weinberg, Cllr Ian Bond - on the progress it has made after being given £100,000 at the last debate exactly a year ago.

Ilford Recorder editor Chris Carter will chair the debate which will also see the Metropolitan Police’s borough commander for Redbridge, Sue Williams and Steve Jones, service manager for Redbridge Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS), attend.

The event is invite-only and will start at 5pm.
