Russian doctors left impressed after a tour of a Goodmayes mental health unit.
Physicians and chief executives of health organisations were shown around Sunflower Court, Barley Lane.
The group is studying post graduate health qualifications.
The visit was arranged as part of the North East London Foundation Trust’s partnership with London South Bank University.
Andrew Summers, from the university, said: “The visit to NELFT was great for the Russian group as it enabled them to gain a new perspective on how mental health and community health services are provided.”
