Revealed: How much homes in Redbridge increase in value each day

Redbridge house prices have risen £79 a day during the past five years according to a recent survey by a prominent estate agents.
The statistics, published by Savills, also revealed that the borough’s average house price sat at £404,344 by the end of December.
While still good news for the borough’s homeowners, £79 was the seventh smallest daily increase of all London boroughs, with the cross-capital average standing at £105 a day.
Neighbouring Barking and Dagenham posted the smallest daily increase of £69, while Havering’s £71 a day was the second poorest.
Somewhat unsurpisingly, the west London borough of Kensington and Chelsea was found to be the most profitable – houses their gained £218 in value each day.
