Residents are being warned about the possible disruption to Freeview television channels when 4G mobile phone masts are switched on in the next few months.
AT800 are in the process of sending out information to homes that could be affected in Redbridge, as a “small minority” of people may need to use a filter to continue watching certain channels as they did before.
If there’s a greater risk of potential disruption at your address, a filter will be sent to you in the post.
Redbridge CVS (Council for Voluntary Services) have been commissioned by the London Voluntary Services Council and Greater London Volunteering to work with people who are over the age of 75, blind or visually impaired or registered disabled to help with the changes.
