Churchgoers in Ilford have been working to help feed the hungry this winter by collecting and distributing non-perishable goods.
The Redeemed Christian Church of God Embassy of Faith, based in Cranbrook Road, is asking its congregation to bring in food to support Feed the Hungry with Premier Radio – a national campaign run in conjunction with the Christian radio station.
The food will be donated to night shelters and food banks.
