Job-seekers in Redbridge can get advice, support and information on the latest vacancies and training opportunities from local employers at the Work Redbridge Jobs and Training Fair.

The fair is on Thursday September 18 from 10am to 4pm at Redbridge Town Hall, High Road, Ilford, and is open to residents of all ages looking for work.

Cllr Helen Coomb, cabinet member for planning and regeneration, said: “We know that finding a new job can be difficult and interviews can be intimidating.

“That’s why the council runs the Work Redbridge Jobs and Training Fair.
“The fair is a great way for residents to learn new skills and to find employment, with access to laptops and careers advice.

“We want to do everything possible to help people to improve their chances of securing employment in this difficult economic climate.”
