If you could ask the head of Redbridge Police any question, what would it be?

Have a think because we are giving readers the chance to do just that in a live webchat with the borough commander.

Det Ch Supt Sue Williams will be answering your questions on Monday from noon to 1pm.

In last year’s event, questions about prostitution, antisocial behaviour, CCTV and knife crime were raised.

The Metropolitan Police’s most recent figures show burglary, robbery and vehicle crime is falling in the borough overall, although some areas have seen a spike.

Chadwell ward, covering part of Chadwell Heath, was the worst area in London for burglaries earlier this year but numbers are now falling as police operations continue.

Violence with injury went up almost 10 per cent in 2013-14, although police have attributed it to increased reporting of domestic abuse.
