A porn actor and stripper suspended from his job at a Redbridge school after pupils found out about his extra curricular activities has been evicted from the Big Brother house.
Benedict Garrett, 32, started his career at Beal High School in Woodford Bridge Road in January 2008, where he was head of the personal, social and health education department.
He was suspended when teachers became aware that students had watched him online appearing in a trailer for an adult film in June 2010, under his alias Johnny Anglais.
Benedict, who lives with his 18-year-old foster son, was evicted from the Channel 5 reality show tonight after being nominated for eviction by his fellow housemates along with Lauren Carre.
He spent just over two weeks inside the house.
Before going into the house on June 5 he said: “I think sometimes I get accused of being condescending to some people, patronising. That might come from the fact I used to be a teacher.
“I have quite strong opinions and I think people sometimes find that quite difficult to deal with.”
Benedict won the right to continue teaching at a hearing in September but was handed a reprimand by the General Teaching Council after being found guilty of unacceptable professional misconduct.
