Police uncover large cannabis growing tent and plants at South Woodford home

Police officers have discovered a large cannabis growing tent and harvested plants after a raid on a South Woodford home.

The Church End Safer Neighbourhood team uncovered the tent erected in the living room of a house in Carnarvon Road on February 10.

There was also equipment for the hydroponic cultivation of cannabis and about a dozen plants.

A 20-year-old man was arrested for cultivation of a class B drug and is currently on police bail pending further investigations.
