Police are attempting to trace a driver after an incident which saw a car smash into a supermarket window.
Officers were called to Ley Street, Ilford, at 9.54pm on Friday after receiving reports of a collision between two vehicles.
They found one had crashed into the window of the road’s Tesco Express store and the other vehicle, whose driver they are trying to locate, failed to stop at the scene.
The driver of the first car, a 24-year-old man, had minor injuries.
