Plans for a new three story block of flats in Ilford Lane have met with some opposition from a group of concerned residents.
Redbridge Council’s regulatory committee is due to meet at Redbridge Town Hall, High Road, Ilford of Wednesday to discuss a number of proposed developments.
At the junction of Ilford Lane and Mayville Road, there is a proposal for nine two bedroom flats, including a basement car park with space for 10 cars.
The application, submitted by Eastleigh Limited, also shows plans for three ground floor retail units.
But, proposed plans have come under scrutiny from concerned residents who claim they would experience a loss of privacy, increased traffic and a strain on local schools.
