A TEAM of pet detectives have been called in to help find a much loved cat.
Owner Amna Shaikh of The Charter Road, Woodford Green realised two-year-old moggy Lolly was missing on September 19.
She contacted investigators from Animal Search UK who have been conducting door to door enquiries, searching gardens and distributing posters and leaflets in a bid to find him.
Miss Shaikh said: “Lolly is a fluffy ginger adult male and was not wearing a collar when I last saw him.
“I am very upset because he is a lovely animal and am hoping he will be returned to me safely.”
Search team co-ordinator Tony Harrison urged residents to come forward with any information on Lolly’s whereabouts.
He said: “Unfortunately we haven’t found Lolly yet although we have had some possible sightings which is encouraging.
