Orient manager Russell Slade has won the League One manager of the month award for the second time this season.
He beat off competition from Brentford boss Mark Warburton, Colchester’s Mark Dunne and Walsall’s former Orient defender Dean Smith.
O’s defender Scott Cuthbert missed out on January’s player of the month prize, losing out to Peterborough striker Nicky Ajose - who the Scot will have the task of stopping when the two sides meet tomorrow.
The 63-year-old picked up the prize in August after Orient’s blistering start to the season saw them win their first eight league games this season.
It is the third time in total Slade has won the award during his time at Brisbane Road, picking it up in March 2013 towards the end of the last campaign.
