Olympic gold medal-winner Christine Ohuruogu returned to her roots with an inspirational visit to a Woodford Green school on Friday.

The former Trinity Catholic High pupil, now 30 and a world champion 400m runner, spoke to schoolchildren at Woodford County High about her race to the top, before leading pupils in exercise activities.
