A 45-year-old man from Newbury Park accused of arson will appear in court todayafter a Ferrari parked on a drive was left “burnt out”.
Wasim Ahmad Mir, 46, of Cranley Drive, Newbury Park, is set to appear at Snaresbrook Crown Court charged with arson and damage to property reckless as to whether life was endangered.
The incident took place last year in the early hours of September 7 in Nelmes Crescent, Emerson Park.
Mr Mir pleaded not guilty to the charges at an earlier hearing on March 27.
