New gambling rules for Redbridge, the closure of King George Hospital’s A&E and possible Tube station ticket office closures will be debated at a meeting tonight.
Redbridge Council will be voting on the issues and many others at a meeting at Redbridge Town Hall, in High Road, Ilford.
Flower beds used by prostitutes with their clients in Ilford could be removed as the council cannot afford to pay for their maintenance.
The area six committee voted for eight of the raised flower beds to be taken out earlier this year at a cost of £48,000 but it will now be considered by the full council.
The Recorder will be at the evening meeting. See our website on Friday morning for all the stories from the chamber.
