The emergency services were called to Woodford Green last night after a multiple vehicle collision.
The incident happened at about 11.45pm in Hillside Avenue.
A crew from Woodford Fire Station attended the scene and a spokesman said six cars were involved.
The London Ambulance Service treated one patient, believed to be an 18-year-old woman.
She was not taken to hospital.
