Traders, MP Lee Scott and Barclays bank were quizzed on Thursday to raise money for Redbridge disability group Interface.
They were some of those joining in a quiz at Fullwell Cross Library in High Street, Barkingside, which raised 502 for the cause.
The Barkingside Traders’ Association and the bank along with the Ilford North MP are all supporting an initiative to get young disabled people into work which Interface will run with Redbridge Council.
Gary Diamond, deputy chairman of the traders’ association, said: “It was a very good evening and we had a large turnout.
“We raised a lot of awareness about Interface.”
