A motorcyclist has been taken to hospital after his bike came into collision with a lorry on the A406 this morning.
The 26-year-old was treated and stabilised at the scene before being taken to Whipps Cross Hospital, Leytonstone suffering from back pain.
The accident happened at just before 6.50am on the A406 northbound, close to the A12 Eastern Avenue.
A number of 999 calls were made, and the first paramedic reached the scene within seven minutes of the first call.
The accident led to tailbacks to the Redbridge roundabout, with all lanes being fully reopened to traffic by about 8.40am.
