Have you got a front page story, or a community issue that you think needs reporting?

Then why not come to one of our readers’ surgery and share your story.

This week our reporter Ellena Cruse will be at Station Cafe in Cranbrook Road, Gants Hill, on Friday, May 25 from 10-11.30am.

Ellena is a lifelong Redbridge resident so make sure to pop along for a chat about anything in the paper, from your views on the local elections, your thoughts on crime in the area and how you think it can be tackled or if you just want to have a nice coffee and chat about the Daggers/West Ham score at the weekend.

The surgeries are also a chance for readers to bring our attention to anything they feel should be highlighted.

If you can’t make the surgery but think you might have a story then please contact Ellena by emailing her on or call on 0208 477 3903.

If you value what this story gives you, please consider supporting the Ilford Recorder. Click the link in the orange box above for details.
