Anyone who wants to mark an important family event can now buy a leaf on a special tree made out of reclaimed wood.
The Tree of Life was designed and made by Rick Levine for the South West Essex and Settlement Reform Synagogue in Oaks Lane, Newbury Park.
The special tree was dedicated on Tu B’shevat in January.
Each of the individual leaves can be bought by members of the synagogue to commemorate births, marriages or in memory of a loved one.
