A man kicked out of Saudi Arabia for being “too good looking” is going to try his chances in Clayhall on Monday.
Model Omar Borkan Al Gala will be going to Naveeda’s Salon, Woodford Avenue, in his first public appearance in the UK.
Mr Al Gala’s story captured headlines around the world when he was apparently chucked out of a cultural festival for being too handsome by religious police.
He was one of three men deported by Saudi’s Commission for the Promotion of Virtue and Prevention of Vices and sent back to Abu Dhabi in the UAE.
The 23-year-old will be meeting and greeting guests at the salon from 7pm.
