A 39-year-old man has been charged with indecently assaulting a woman in Ilford.
Thirugnanasanba Shannugam, 39, is accused of targeting the 29-year-old female in Cranbrook Road, the street where he lives, at 5.30pm on Thursday.
He is due to appear at Barkingside Magistrates’ Court on February 21.
