A pedestrian is his 40s has been airlifted to hospital after an accident involving two lorries this afternoon.
The man was given “strong pain relief” at the scene of the accident in Rose Tree Mews, Woodford Green just after 1.30pm.
After being stabilised by London Ambulance Service (LAS) paramedics, he was taken to the Royal London Hospital in Whitechapel by air ambulance with a serious leg injury
The LAS also despatched two ambulance crews and two motorbikes to the scene of the crash.
