A MAN was airlifted to hospital after a car collided with a wall on Saturday morning.
The 67-year-old was taken to The Royal London Hospital, Whitechapel, with facial injuries following the crash in Havelock Street, Ilford.
A spokesman for the London Ambulance service said it was called just before 9am to reports of the collision and sent an ambulance and a paramedic in a car to the scene to provide back-up to the air ambulance helicopter.
An update on the man’s condition not yet been released.
