Man, 35, charged in connection with a car crash which left two cars mangled in an Ilford driveway

A man has been charged in connection with a car crash which left two cars mangled in the driveway of an Ilford home.

Vytautas Skeirys, 35, of Emma Road, Plaistow, was charged on Sunday (April 8) with driving without insurance, driving otherwise in accordance with a licence and failing to provide a specimen of breath.

Police were called to an address in Woodlands Road, Ilford, at 3.33pm on Saturday (April 7).

Officers and the London Ambulance Service attended and found two cars in collision, one of which had also collided with a wall.

Skeirys has been bailed to appear at Barkingside Magistrates’ Court on April 23.
