Archant

Tricky tots and crafty children flocked to Valentine’s Mansion for a lesson in magic and mischief.

Mrs Back to Front landed in Emerson Road, Ilford, to teach budding tricksters the art of illusion and sorcery.

Valentines Mansion manager Joanne Cresswell said: “The workshop was brilliant, it was such fun.

“It was very well received and there were hoots of laughter from children and adults – I am not sure who enjoyed it more.”

Participation was at the heart of the show and many audience members took to the floor to have a go at making balloon animals.

Joanne added: “It is the first magic show we have held here and the 20 spaces we had for each session were fully booked.

“We plan on running more – I could hear cheers all the way in my office .”
