Loving your neighbour will be the theme of a women only workshop being held in Ilford.
Redbridge Faith Forum is running the event at the Ilford Islamic Centre, Albert Road, on September 11 from 2-4pm to promote understanding between different faith groups.
Also on offer are cream teas, and for the health conscious fruit, to keep you motivated through discussions.
Before the workshop kicks off there will be a 10-minute talk on Islam.
The workshop is free of charge although a voluntary donation would be appreciated.
