Children were encouraged to head down to Hainault Library to take part in a recycling fun day last week.
The library hosted a free creative morning, where children were helped to make flowerpot scarecrows and collage butterflies from recycled local materials.
Learning about the environment while having fun and using their imagination, the children who attended the event at the library in Manford Way, Hainault, were all smiles as they concentrated on their designs.
