A woman has been taken to hospital with a leg injury after being hit by a car outside Ilford station this morning.
The woman, reported to be 53-year-old, was hit at about 10.38am in Cranbrook Road.
The London Ambulance Service said it sent one ambulance and a single responder in a car to the scene, where the woman was treated for her injury before being taken to Queen’s Hospital, Romford.
Traffic tailbacks have been reported back to the Gants Hill roundabout and a separate incident on the A406 has led to delays on the Redbridge roundabout.
