Tiffany jewellery and a Rolex watch were stolen after a home was burgled during the day.
Thieves smashed the glass of a rear door at a property in Oak Lodge Avenue, Chigwell, sometime between 10.30am and 11.55am on Tuesday.
Police have released images of jewellery similar to the ones stolen.
Witnesses or anyone who has information or has been offered the items for sale are being asked to contact Det Con Peter Cran at Loughton CID on 101.
