Firefighters attended reports of a loud bang at a Transport for London (TFL) depot last night.
The London Fire Brigade (LFB) were called at 3.17am to the incident in Thurlow Gardens, Hainault.
No injuries were reported. An electric transformer suffered 10 per cent damage, according to the LFB.
TFL took over the running of the depot at 4.19am.
